Track & Field
Ringwood LAC Track & Field season commences in September and runs through to March the following year. Click HERE for full details on registration for the Track and Field season. All Ringwood LAC T&F events are contested at Proclamation Park. Ringwood LAC T&F season operates on a three program rotation the details of which can be found HERE!!!. Cross Country
Ringwood LAC Cross Country season events are held each Sunday mornings in April through to the end of July. Several venues are used offering a range of running conditions. Races commence at 10.00am sharp and generally are all complete by 11.30am. Two programs alternate through the season. In addition to the regular Ringwood LAC Cross Country run you might like to consider participating in one or more of the many Open Day's offered by various Little Athletic Centres. Cross Country Open days are included in this calendar.
