Each Club maintains its own weekly records, and awards personal best (PB) medals when athletes attain the designated number of PB’s for each medal category (bronze, silver and gold).
Clubs may also award their own Athlete of the Year trophies.
A Club T-shirt is required for competition, and each registered athlete at RLAC receives a numbered plastic patch signifying VLAA registration, and this should be sewn or pinned to the T-shirt during competition.
