EMR Region Track and Field Championships At Knox LAC 4th and 5th February 2006 39 Ringwood LAC athletes registered for 198 events. 56 Field events and 142 track events. Athletes qualified for 46 finals. A total of 30 medals were won. 13 Gold 9 Silver 8 Bronze.
